which are the best schools to apply for if you want to do a double major? (best interdisciplinary programs)

Because of limited time for tests and retests, which colleges are considering dropping testing requirements for the application process?

Just asking for personal opinions because i was curious...

Can I also apply to 2 or more schools for early action or early decision?
