Open curriculum schools are great for double-majoring (or even triple-majoring)! You can find a list of many that weren't mentioned yet here:
A lot of them are liberal arts colleges, which will also give you a smaller/more engaging college experience, since they're usually under 3,000 people.
One I know of is Brown University, as it has an open curriculum system (meaning you can choose what classes to take).
