Hey everyone! When do you think the best years to start your SATs and ACTs are? Also, can someone explain the difference between SAT and ACT and what each of them is used for? I'm a tad confused.

Hi friends! I'm applying to T30 schools like WashU, Northeastern, and Emory.

Right now my SAT and GPA are great, just worried about my extracurricular stuff. This is what I do -

All of my favorite schools have below a 40% chance of me getting in. I know that a lot of them are competitive schools, but I don鈥檛 know what I should do now. Leave them on my list and risk it? Add mo 鈥�

Hi, sophomore here. I鈥檓 really confused about how colleges look at ECs. I do a lot of volunteering at the hospital, I鈥檓 in student council and I鈥檓 thinking about doing track in the spring but I鈥檓 not 鈥�

I鈥檓 a junior now and I鈥檓 a bit stressed with my course load (mostly honors classes, 1 AP). I鈥檓 already not sleeping a lot and I think adding studying for the ACT to my schedule is going to be really t 鈥�
