Is there any indian who got into harvard ? What was the process ? I keep hearing that being an asian lowers your chances of getting into ivy league colleges . Is it true ?

Is one of these better to submit:

-1570 SAT (780 math and 790 ebrw)

-36 ACT (36 math/science/reading and 35 english)

Or would it help to submit both?
