If my UC GPA is a 4.57, would they cap it at 4?

My UC GPA is a 4.57 when you calculate the extra point they give for APs. Will they consider my UC GPA to be a 4.57, or just a 4?

Does it look bad on my high school transcript if I don鈥檛 take pre-calc and just skip to Calculus AB?
