How do we create a profile worth Ivy League? Answered
Hi. I am Arshia from India, currently in 12th grade. Here in India, we don't have many opportunities for schools to provide AP classes and all. I don't have any extracurriculars, and I am thinking of applying to Ivy League schools. I am willing to take some extracurriculars, like research and publishing my research articles on my own website. Interview with a radiologist about 'How can we promote AI medicine in remote areas for better healthcare? And what if AI fails in medicine?' But the main question is: how do I create a profile worth the Ivy League? Am I in the right direction? Please do share your thoughts. I am open to any sort of suggestion. Thanks!

Hi Arshia! Although I don't have much advice or tips to share as a junior, your comment really stood out, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you.
I have 3 older sisters currently attending competitive Universities, and each of them had little extracurriculars and not many APs. What got them in wasn't their extracurriculars, but their drive and motivation to enter.
My best advice to you is not to carry or prioritize many APs, but instead to focus on your passion as well as your goal. Most importantly, ask yourself: what is your story? Colleges aren't only looking at the output, but rather the person behind it. Your idea of a research project, for example, forces you not only ask questions, but to gain knowledge which you can share with the world. Looking at your research prompts, I assume you have an interest towards medicine, or healthcare!
I apologize if this advice wasn't the best or what you were looking for, but I am certain that whatever college you go to - you are bound to do great in!
