Should I move up to Honors Bio from ACC Bio?
Answered

I'm a freshman in high school, and my schedule is PACKED. I take a bunch of clubs and extracurriculars, all possible classes, and all honors classes except for Bio. I've been debating whether or not to move up to Honors Bio, because when I think about it, I'm only taking two honors classes and one AP. I've talked to my teacher, but she said that switching this late might be tricky because I'll be so behind. Should I still take it? Thanks y'all!

I would not switch. You do not want to put yourself behind just in the name of having a higher-level course. Honestly, I am a Junior in College, and I took a total of 3 APs and 3 dual enrollment in high school (all others honors), and I got into schools with 30-15% acceptance rates. Since you are a freshman, you have a lot of time to rack up harder classes. Stick with the easier ones now and thank yourself later.

Are you good at landing on our feet? If not don't. I mean, I switched from CP to HP biology after my first semester but I was already ahead of the CP biology and my past high school was teaching at an honors level. If you think you can handle it, then do it. Technically you're in advanced classes already so HP bio should be fine.
