I decided to switch my major, but my letters of recommendation have already been submitted

I have recently decided to switch from a STEM major to a PoliSci major, but my letters of recommendations have already been submitted. I asked both a math teacher and a history teacher to write them and on my brag sheet/resume that they based the recommendation letter on, I specified that I was looking to be a STEM major with the ultimate goal of working in the medical field. However, recently I have started to consider a career in law (medical malpractice) over medicine. Would it be a deterrent to have letters of recommendation focused on STEM (my second choice major) when applying to a humanities major? For reference, I am mainly applying to schools with a 20-50% acceptance rate.
