I went to a private school and I have like 4 GPAs on my transcript and I'm confused as to which one they look at?

How is your schedule at the private school? Do you have semesters or trimesters or something else? If you have semesters, it could be possible you are looking at your GPA for each quarter (every semester has 2 quarters - at least where I'm from). Or maybe your school calculated a GPA for each year?
Regardless, @DebaterMax is correct. You'll typically have a weighted and unweighted GPA from your school. Colleges will receive both of these scores. Your school will also send colleges a "profile" with a bunch of information about your school on it. This will help colleges break down all the information they receive and can help them place your grades/gpa/class rigor in context. So even if you aren't quite sure which GPA is important the colleges you apply to will.
