Is free tutoring for 7/8 months is meaningful activity for ivy leagues?

Hi, I m rafsan completed high school. I have done free tutoring for 8 months in a poor school besides my tuition for earning after father's death. Is it a meaningful activity for ivy league??

I have other activities too and stellar grades.
