GPA for Mexico
If I live in Mexico and my high school is of 3 years, should I report only the cumulative gpa of those 3 years in the Common App or since 9th grade ?

This is an easy question to answer.
You should ideally report all grades starting 9th grade if possible. I'm from Japan and even though high school is 3 years, I still have to report my terrible 9th grade scores.
