ECS AS A SOPHOMORE IN PAKISTAN

I am one of the toppers of my class but my country provides no AP or honours classes, can I take them online if so then where?
Also the extracurricular activities provided by my school are not up to the mark. I am 1st position holder in Speech competition from 36 schools. I am also an excellent writer other than that I have no extracurriculars or things like that to report.
PLEASE anyone tell me about any STEM competitions or any competition globally that I can take to boost up my chances.
Other then that please give me opinions and advice about E and Cs .
I would be very thankful.
