Realistic opinions on my college admission chances because I am STRESSING
Hello! Im writing this in hopes of some answers. I want to get into UC berkley, UCLA, UC Irvine, USC or even Stanford, knowing that it IS a very low chance. My gpa is a 3.79-3.8 unweighted, 4.6 weighted, but I have an AA degree and have taken 20 duel enrollment courses. I have also started a non-profit organizations for helping fund money for kids with eye problems, and doing research into those problems. Did some cancer research, have published 2 research papers. Wrote a mini book, have done an internship with an optometrist doctor from Berkley. Hosted 2 blood drives and 2 food drives along with an event to help give prescription glasses to 100 kids who needed it. And also have 200+ community service hours, along with being class president and school president. I just want to know realistically what my chances are considering how low my GPA might be to other people competing to the same school.

I'm not the most knowledgeable on the colleges you're applying to, but your weighted GPA and ECs look incredible. Even if you think your unweighted GPA is too low, your ECs would surely make up for that. I have a feeling you'll be just fine.
