Opinions on AP ChemAnswered
Hi! So I want to take AP chem next year!! But not sure as of now! My chem grade for last semester and right now have been 90+. But, I heard AP chem is really hard. So I don鈥檛 know if I should take it or not but I do like chemistry and I think it鈥檚 very interesting.

It is true that AP Chem is really hard, but in difficulty wise, it still depends person to person and it is still a bit easier than AP Physics.
Based on your grades though, I believe that you should take AP Chem since you also said it interests you. You also said you like chemistry, so do it! It will also look good on your college application.

I second this. AP Chem is somewhat rigorous, but definitely among one of the easier science AP classes in my opinion. Some units can be tough, but a lot of the entire class is based upon understanding and memorization, and you can get through it just fine. If you do well in regular chemistry, I totally recommend you to take it! Push yourself and see what you can accomplish.
