I only took two langauge credits, can I get into any good schools? Answered
I only took two language classes, so two credits, but I hear that many schools鈥� like UGA鈥� require you to take three or four language classes.
I am a junior, and honestly, I would much rather not take another language, but if it is a make-or-break credit, I will take French 3 senior year. Any thoughts?

Hmm I took 2 and was perfectly fine, I would talk to your counselor to see if you can get around the requirements.
I would really encourage you to take French 3 your senior year, but there are a few cases in which it would be more harmful than helpful. A huge part of senior year is staying motivated and happy, and if your French 3 class is some combination of incredibly difficult, lacking friends, or the teacher is rude/mean/bad at teaching, then those might be reasons to choose another elective your senior year (the goal of senior year is to show an upward trend in grades and course difficulty, so if there's another elective that is equivalent or more difficult than French, it could be a good choice). Another thing you should consider is what colleges you want to go to. As a Junior, you should start researching and looking into schools, and then check those schools to see what their recommendations are for language courses. The better you fulfill their recommendations, the better your chances are of getting in.
