Any advice for a US-citizen living abroad for most of their life for scholarships/applying?

hi! I've noticed that many websites/resources for applying for scholarships require a US school background or address. While I have a permanent address there, I've lived in Bangladesh for the last 11 years, so does anyone have any resources I can use to find more scholarships?

some extra info: SAT Score: 1300, IELTs: 8.0, O Levels and A Levels Candidate, hoping to go into Political Science

Hi!! I don't know if you've already checked but theirs a vary handy website made specifically for people who are studying internationally, which you might be able to take advantage of even if you are currently in the United States!

But if that doesn't work there is the great website called scholorship360 which you should fully take advantage of!
