Do colleges consider class difficulty by what ur high school offers?Answered
I got to a Votech school and we do not have AP classes. We do have honors classes and I take them. So when applying to colleges will they take into an account that the highest level classes my school offers are honors

Yes, they do but depending on the college, the classes offered at your High School might not be competitive enough when they compare students from your high school to other students from more rigorous schools in your State where you reside.
So if you are applying to MIT or Caltech, they might not consider your VOTECH honors classes up to the same standard as other applicants' transcripts. Therefore do yourself a favor and spend time researching the college you want to apply to and if the information you are seeking is not readily available on their websites, pick up the phone and contact their admissions office with your specific questions.
