How do you get Collegevine messages to work?
Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out to you about an issue that I've been experiencing for the past two weeks. I'm having trouble accessing messages from colleges on your platform. Every time I try to connect, I receive an error message that says "Can't connect to the messages".
I've checked my network connection and it seems to be working fine on other platforms, so I'm not sure what the issue could be. I was hoping you could help me resolve this as soon as possible. If there's anything I can do on my end to assist, please let me know.
