Can I make the pdf file of my transcripts?
My school doesn't record the transcript \ report card of any student. If I tell my school's computer teacher to make a pdf file of my transcript he can't provide it. But when they publish the result of any exams, they give a transcript to the students of the exam. I have the all transcripts of my high school from grades 9-11. Can I make them into pdf files and tell my counselor to submit them to the common app?
