What does the green number on the collegevine chancing engine mean?Answered
This is a question about the collegevine chancing simulator: I wanted to see what my chances of getting into certain schools would be if I took two more college classes鈥� so I simulated two more, and a green number with an upwards arrow appeared next to the black percentage.
My question is this: Do we add the green number to the black number to find our simulated chances of getting in? Or is the black number already accounting for the green number (I'm assuming the green number is referring to how our chances would be higher/lower depending on what we simulated). Thanks in advance.

When you simulate extracurriculars, classes, ACT, or SAT scores and you see a green arrow with an upwards arrow next to the black number, it means your chances have gone up. The green number represents how much your admission chances went up. If you reset what you simulated and you see 90% and then you add a simulated SAT score and you see 93% with 鈫�3. It's telling you that your chance went up by three percent. The black number is already accounting for the green number.
