I am a current sophomore and here are my 鈥渟tats鈥�
馃搱GPA: 3.8 (from freshman year) unweighted
馃弮鈥嶁檧锔廠PORTS: Varsity cross country and track and field in the winger and spring
鈾伙笍Volunteering: I have 2 hours as of right now, but will get more
I'm in regular levels but in advanced Spanish-
I have taken the following electives so far:

- I took a placement test for AT psychology next year, not sure it I will get in yet...
馃帗My school is known to be the top public school in my state, and colleges know that my school doesn't offer APs, rather their own creation, ATs. So colleges know that 鈥渞egular鈥� is advanced/honors at other schools.

I don't know if I will take the ACT or SAT next year but my best subject is science and due to mental illness and attention and eyesight issues I will receive 2x time.
ex: test is 30mins I get 1 hour

Your GPA is pretty good, so maintain it!
Try taking as many AT classes you can, but make sure they align with your interests (science) and that they are challenging to an extent at which you can handle
ECs:
Keep up with volunteering but choose an activity that you can commit to and constantly work on for 100-200 hr throughout high school (this activity has to be related to your interests).
Varsity Cross Country is really good! Winning awards and participating in competitions is going to look better.
Join clubs and honor societies (try to apply for officer/leadership roles)
Demonstrate your interest in Psychology by blog writing, creating a youtube channel/social media platform, join non profit organizations or local groups who advocate, etc.
Join competitions for photography or start a website with a collection of your photographs and experiences
Tutor kids for Spanish
You can try to join Science Honor Society and compete in Science UIL (this is timed so I'm not sure if you're comfortable with it, but you try)
Part time jobs
Try to gain leadership roles and recognition for any activity that you participate in.
Research and Internships under a professional in the field or a professor looks good (try in 11th or 12th grade)
You can always apply test optional so don't worry too much about that if your score doesn't turn out good (where colleges don't require SAT/ACT and instead judge the rest of your profile)
You can always explain your circumstances and limitations in the Additional Information section on your college apps, so colleges will understand.
