Should I take Lumiere research program?
Answered

It is a research program that is 2600 dollars and I鈥檝e even attended their info program. I鈥檓 having a hard time finding research opportunities in my area, at my age, so I鈥檓 probably going to pay for it with money I earned from my summer internship.

Is there a better way to spend my money? For those who did Lumiere how was it? ( i really cannot trust reddit)

Do you guys have any resources for 鈥渋ndependent鈥 research without a professor? The college admission game is so daunting鈥

So I was part of Lumiere research program, I feel it was quite cool and great researching about a theme and topic I was passionate about, so if you think you really want to get into research and write a paper about something you are interested in, then it is a good opportunity, however, you can always do like independent research by reaching out to professor and sending cold emails.
