I got deferred from Harvard. Do I need to write a letter of continued interest to Harvard after being deferred in the Restrictive Early Action to increase my chances in the Regular decision round? I know that it is helpful for students who are waitlisted, but is it the same for deferred students? And if so, what are your tips for writing a good letter of continued interest?

Yes, write a LOCI as a deferred applicant.

There are many great resources on youtube for that.
