Should I submit my 1420 SAT score to Williams College?Answered
I'm applying ED to Williams with a 4.1 GPA and a 1420 SAT superscored. I moved from a poor school system to a good one between 10th and 11th grade (my old school didn't let students take APs until junior year, but I've gotten all As). For context, I'm a hook applicant because of my status as an under-represented minority and low income, and my extracurriculars aren't great because I spend a lot of time taking care of my siblings and running the household since both of my parents work. Should I submit my SAT score? It hits just above the 25th percentile for Williams College, but I'm not sure if it's enough.

Williams's 50% percentile band is not what you think it to be. It's 1470-1550. Look it up in the 2021-22 Common Data set. So you are 50 points below the 25th percentile not just above the 25th percentile.
That being said since you come from an underrepresented minority and low income and have a lot of family responsibility versus time to do sports or ECs, I think you are a very good candidate for Elite LACs and Ivys. Top colleges love underdogs and love to admit poster students who are Black/Latina/Indigenous from low-income, first-gen back grounds who have to work instead of having a lot of free time to explore co-curriculars.
So I would not only apply to Williams with an SAT score but I would probably recommend that you apply to Amherst, Swarthmore, CMC, Pomona, Colgate, Hamilton, Middlebury, Bates, Bowdoin, Vassar for your LACs. And if you haven't made a list of your reaches yet, I'd apply to all the ivys as well.
It's a pity you don't mention Questbridge, you would have made a great QB candidate especially if your parents make less than 65K combined.
As it's above the 25th percentile, you should submit it. It can add to your application and give the admissions officers a factor other than GPA to evaluate your application since you don't have a lot of extracurriculars.
By the way, Common App also allows you to put in "family responsibilities" as extracurricular activities.
