So I would say if you have good stats, I mean I don鈥檛 how good they are, but if they are great and you have some amazing extracurricular activities, then that鈥檚 your chance to apply to it, and I would even suggest you to apply to their YYGS program, because i think it will really help you when applying to Yale

Honestly speaking, there is nothing to lose! Applying to different colleges is basically a game of chance, there is quite literally no guarantee which college will accept, and which will decline.
