How can I improve my extracurricular when I get rejected from all of project I applied to? How can I know what I need to focus to be accepted in an organization?

If you are passionate about something, go for it. It will help if you plan your extracurricular activities around something you are passionate about so that you have fun while doing them. Most likely, your extracurriculars will somewhat relate to your major so maybe this could help.
