Conclusion. There are more risk-takers than risk-averse applicants. More kids are going to shoot their shot and try to get into the best school they can regardless. This supports my predictions that there will be more applicants at Top 25 schools, crowing the ED/EA/SCREA lines as well as the RD process. Expect yet equally low or lower admit-rates in December and March/April.
