Will there be any test dates before college apps start becoming due?
Due to pandemic, is it likely that there will be any test dates on or before November (which is when Early Action and UC Apps are due)

Hello,
I believe the Collegeboard did mention that they will most likely resume testing in August.

For the ACT, I don't know for sure when they will resume testing. However, you should definitely keep checking both websites for updates depending on which test you want to take!
