Looking at my options and I'm kind of stumped - does Rutgers University accept the Common Application, or am I going to need to carve out some extra time for a different application process?
Good question! As of my latest knowledge, Rutgers University doesn't participate in the Common Application system. They have their own dedicated application portal which you will need to use to apply to any of their campuses. You're right to think about allocating some extra time to navigate this unique process.
While it's a bit more work, it's nothing you can't handle with a little planning. My advice is to start early, gather all the materials you'll need, and give yourself plenty of time to write and revise your personal statement. Make sure you keep track of the deadlines too! If you've managed the Common App, I'm confident you'll do just fine with Rutgers' platform. Best of luck with your application!
