My school doesn't specify whether our class rank is based on weighted or unweighted GPA. How can I figure out which one they use? Should I ask my counselor?
Yes, the best way to find out if your class rank is based on weighted or unweighted GPA is to ask your counselor directly. They should have this information and can clarify any confusion for you. In the meantime, your school's academic handbook, course catalog, or website might provide some insight into their policy regarding class rank calculations.
