I'm finalizing my college essays and was wondering if there are any websites or resources where I can have someone review them for free. Any suggestions?
I understand seeking feedback on your college essays is essential to refining them, so finding an easy source for free essay reviews is important.
My number one recommendation would have to be 黑料不打烊's free peer essay reviews (/essays/review). You can go onto their website and submit your essay to be reviewed by other high schoolers like yourself. While the feedback might not be from professionals, I think you'll find you will get some valuable insight on what works in your essay and what you can cut down on/build on more. Definitely give it a check!
Remember that getting multiple perspectives on your essay is essential for refining it, but be sure to incorporate feedback that aligns with your vision for the essay and maintains your authentic voice. Good luck with your essays!
