Hey everyone, I've seen people using the term 'cum GPA' and I don't know what it means. Is it the same as cumulative GPA, or something else? Thanks in advance!
Hello! Yes, you're correct. 'Cum GPA' is just a shorthand way of saying 'cumulative GPA.' Cumulative GPA refers to the overall grade point average across all the classes you've taken during high school (or college, depending on context).
It's a commonly used metric to evaluate a student's academic performance throughout their academic career, as opposed to a specific semester or term GPA. I hope that clears things up!
