Need Target School Recommendations

I'm currently a junior in high school needing help with some target schools to look at. Here's some details on my wants and academic career:

- Wanting to stay in the southeast region (NC, SC, TN, AL, GA, VA)

- Sitting at a 3.93 GPA, hoping to bring it up a little more

- Beta Club member

- Yearbook member

- 4-year varsity cheerleader

- 3-year jv/varsity softball

- 3-5 honors classes per year

- Consecutive levels in a CTE course

-Pre-ACT score was a 24, (haven't taken ACT or SAT yet but plan to)

- Level III Spanish, (hoping to concentrate or minor in)

- Dual-Enrollment with a pathway of Associates in Science

Hoping to pursue a career in anything like pediatric physical or occupational therapy, athletic training, etc.

Some of my friends have similar resumes and were able to get into college/unis in the 40-50% acceptance rate area. They had really good ACT/SAT scores, though, and were able to get scholarships.

The target/safety schools for you that have good med backgrounds would be:

NC State Uni

ECU

USC

UNC Chapel Hill (?)

Georgia IT

UFlorida

USF

UTenn

Target schools are difficult, but I鈥檇 recommend trying to boost your standardized test scores to the 30s and making sure your essays are good. You could take Stanford CME courses; they take a few hours and they provide certification.
