What colleges should I apply to?

I am a junior in high school and mainly looking to apply in state (California) but am open to other suggestions. I have a 4.3 weighted and 3.9 unweighted. I have taken 4 AP courses, and taken 15 college classes through my local community college. I have no SAT or ACT scores but plan on taking them in the near future

Some of my extra curricular activities:

Student Government Officer

School Cite Council Chairman

Varsity Swim Team of 2 years

National Honor Society

I鈥檝e heard that UCLA is a great school, however, is very hard to get into. Maybe check your chances on getting in there?
