I'm really interested in UW and my GPA is below the average, how much would it affect my admission chances?

It would depend on how other aspects of your application add up. Are there circumstances that contributed to your GPA? Also, test scores if you have the AP, SAT, ACT, etc. Do keep in mind that you can make some grounds your senior year to at least be at a 3.7. what's your weighted GPA?
