How should my school list look like?
When and to how many schools should I apply to? Also please tell how many reach, target and safety schools should I apply to as a international student?

The other comment is really great! But since you are an international student, applying to 15-20 schools may cost you a lot of money. I would say apply to 10 schools: 4 target, 4 safety and 2 reach. I suggest also applying to a community college for a safety school.
I'll answer the "when should I apply?" Colleges often have different deadlines for their applications, so I suggest that you come up with your college list first and then figure out each college's deadline and make note of them. Make sure you choose colleges you actually may want to attend; think about location, population, diversity, tuition, majors, etc. You should then prepare from there with your applications! Good luck.
