You could consider Penn State, Brigham Young University, Auburn, Iowa State University, Oklahoma State University, University of South Carolina (side note: I have family who went there so I've visited a bunch and the location/campus is awesome), University of Alabama, University of Cincinnati, Temple, or Fairfield University.
I think this should give you a good starting place. Research these schools and see what you like/dislike about them. Consider size, location, cost, and other factors important to you. If you let me know which ones you liked and why I can probably find some more options.
