Big City Schools
I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on cool bigger city schools. I want good schools but not necessarily Ivy League or Ivy League level schools. Schools with not completely insane tuition and/or with merit-based scholarship opportunities would be preferred. Let me know if any of you have some ideas. Open to cities other than New York, LA and Chicago and also totally open to international recommendations.

Washington University in St Louis

Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland)
Tulane University (New Orleans)

I'm going to UMinnesota - Twin Cities, they have great academic scholarships and a nice big city feel!
I've been to this school many times and the campus has such an awesome vibe to it, definitely one I will consider.
UMiami has excellent merit scholarships and in a major city! Boston U and Northeastern in Boston, Georgia Tech and Emory in Atlanta, and University of Richmond in Virginia, and Univeristy of Denver are all in or near a major city but I am not completely sure they all have merit scholarships. If you don't think you qualify for need-based financial aid you can apply for external scholarships. Hope I helped :)

Late response but you should try Wentworth Institute of Technology.
It's not that big of a school and is in Boston so you'd be in the city.
