They say that they'll contact directly to the university or otherwise send them to you using PayPal

Hi @Aida! Each college will have different policies, so check the financial aid page on their website for more information. Most often, they will ask the external scholarship to communicate directly with the financial aid office, so you must give your student ID and any other identifying information to the external scholarship committee and they will make sure the money gets deposited into your account and/or subtracted from your tuition costs.
