I am an international student applying for aid. Do I have to send the css profile for all my rd and ed colleges at the same time or can I submit it for regular decision later?

From my understanding it kinda works like that common app. You add all the schools it needs to be sent to and you pay the application fee for each. Once it's finished it should be sent to all the schools on the list automatically at the same time. If your applying ED or EA then you will just need it done sooner and the schools that you apply regular decision to will just go through it later with your application.
